What We Do

At Quit Now we only offer treatments that are based on the very best clinical and safety evidence. For this reason we concentrate on using Nicotine Replacement Therapy and behavioural support. We offer both individual and group treatment.

Because we concentrate on evidence-based care, we do not offer hypnotherapy, acupuncture, laser treatment or any other ‘therapies’ that have no sound scientific evidence base to support them.

We offer a programme of treatment that is based on the very successful model of Withdrawal-Oriented Therapy that was developed at the Maudsley Smokers’ Clinic in London.
